The Baap Company lets organizations run their whole business on one platform: AI agents (calling, WhatsApp, email and chat), the BoardView business operating system (CRM, HR, finance, inventory, commerce, projects and documents) and industry software for hospitals, schools, fleets and governments, all built by one engineering team so every app shares the same data. Plans start at $2 per user per month. It also installs CCTV and command and control centers and runs EdTech programs, for organizations in the United States, Europe, Africa, India and worldwide.

## Company timeline

- 2021: Company founded. The Baap Company is established to build software for real operating problems.
- 2022: Rural technology hub. An engineering center opens in Sangamner, connecting local talent with enterprise projects.
- 2023: Engineering academy. Training programs turn graduates into product engineers across CRM, ERP, HRMS and mobile.
- 2024: AI products. AI voice agents, workflow automation and CCTV AI join the product line.
- 2025: Platform consolidation. BoardView and Baap Commerce bring collaboration and selling onto one shared data layer.
- 2026: United States, Africa and Europe expansion. Go-to-market in the United States, Africa and Europe for AI agents, BoardView and the transport management system.
