The Baap Company is now onboarding customers in the United States, Africa and Europe
Our engineering hub in Sangamner now supports customers across three new regions, with onboarding and support in their time zones, cloud or on-premise deployment, and plans from $2 per user.

The Baap Company started in 2021 in Paregaon, a village near Sangamner in Maharashtra, with one bet: world-class software can be built anywhere if you invest in people.
Five years later, more than 175 engineers on our rural campus build all 14 Baap products, and our software runs in 23 enterprise deployments. Today we are taking the next step. The Baap Company is now onboarding customers in the United States, Africa and Europe, with onboarding and support aligned to their business hours.
Why we are expanding now
For most of our history, our customers have been in India: schools and universities, manufacturers, logistics companies, hospitals, retailers and government departments. Working closely with them shaped how we build. Our products are designed for organizations that need real outcomes on practical budgets, often with teams that are not technical, and sometimes with infrastructure that is not perfect.
Over the last two years we kept hearing the same request from businesses outside India: they wanted one platform that covers their CRM, HR, operations and collaboration, with AI built in, at a price that does not grow faster than the company. Many were paying for a dozen or more separate subscriptions that did not talk to each other.
That is exactly what we built BoardView to replace. In 2025 we brought BoardView and Baap Commerce onto one shared data layer. With that platform in place, alongside our AI agents and our transport management system, we are ready to serve customers in new regions with the same depth of support our existing customers expect.
What we are bringing to new markets
Our go-to-market in the United States, Africa and Europe focuses on three product lines.
BoardView, the business operating system
BoardView brings 14 modules into one workspace: HRMS, CRM, project and task management, an AI workflow builder, eCommerce, inventory, billing and PoS, finance, production planning, AI agents, drive and document management, sheets, boards and docs. Teams switch on the modules they need today and add the rest as they grow, with one login, one bill and one source of truth.
AI agents
Our AI Voice Agent holds natural phone conversations with a typical response time of 1 to 3 seconds. It answers support lines, runs outbound campaigns, confirms appointments and qualifies leads, then writes every call to the CRM. Alongside it, WhatsApp, email and chat agents cover the other channels customers use, and AI Workflow Automation connects every Baap app so that agents can act on what they hear.
Transport management
For logistics companies, our transport management system covers orders, dispatch, live GPS tracking, a driver app with electronic proof of delivery, fleet maintenance and freight billing in one system.
What this means for customers
Onboarding and support in your time zone
Our engineering hub is in India, which means much of our development and support work happens while North America sleeps. Fixes and releases are often ready when your day starts. On top of that, we cover business hours for sales and onboarding in New York, San Francisco, London, Nairobi and Dubai, and support is available 24/7.
Your choice of deployment
Every Baap product can run in the cloud, on-premise in your own data center, or as a hybrid. This matters for organizations with data residency rules, regulated industries and public sector bodies, and for customers in regions where connectivity is not always reliable.
Transparent pricing
BoardView plans are priced per user per month, billed annually:
- BoardView Workplace: $2 for collaboration and projects.
- BoardView Business: $9 to run sales, people and operations, including 2,000 AI workflow runs a month.
- BoardView All: $24 for every horizontal app with AI agents included.
- BoardView Enterprise: custom pricing for larger deployments.
For comparison, at October 2026 list prices, Zoho One costs $37 per employee on its all-employee plan or $90 per user on its flexible plan. Local pricing and invoicing are available on request. See the full details on the pricing page.
One engineering team behind every product
All 14 Baap products are built by the same engineering team and share sign-on, data and APIs. When you add a second or third product, you are not starting an integration project. Your CRM already knows about your invoices, your HR system already knows about your projects, and your AI agents can see both.
How onboarding works
We have kept onboarding simple and hands-on:
- Discovery call. A 30-minute session to understand which tools you use today and where the work gets stuck.
- Live demo on your processes. We show the two or three products that would replace the most of your current stack, using a real process from your business.
- Migration plan. We import your contacts, documents, products and projects from your existing tools.
- Go live and automate. Your team starts working in BoardView, then we switch on AI agents and workflows step by step.
- Retire old tools. Once the team is settled, you cancel the subscriptions BoardView replaced.
Our commitment
Expanding into new regions does not change who we are. Our engineering hub stays in Sangamner. We will keep investing in rural talent through our engineering academy, which turns graduates into product engineers, and we will keep building software for real operating problems rather than for slide decks.
If you run a business in the United States, Africa or Europe and you are tired of paying for tools that do not talk to each other, we would like to hear from you.
