About us

From a village in Maharashtra to customers worldwide.

The Baap Company started in Paregaon, a village near Sangamner in rural Maharashtra, India, with a simple bet: world-class software can be built anywhere if you invest in people.

Today that rural technology hub trains and employs 175+ engineers who build all 14 Baap products, from AI voice agents and CCTV AI to BoardView, CRM, ERP, HRMS and transport management software, and support 23 enterprise deployments. In 2026 the company began onboarding customers in the United States, Africa and Europe.
